Quantum Healing & Introspective Hypnosis describes the hypnosis work that includes different modalities and techniques to help the client the best way possible. This includes life coaching, clinical hypnosis, past life regression, forgiveness therapy, role change, spiritual assistance & communication, spirit & attachment releasing and modalities from QHHT.
However, QHHT is a technique that is not mixed with other techniques or ideas, it’s supposed to be a certain way of doing it. So clients that are booking a QHHT will get the original technique used in the session without the described work with Quantum Healing & Introspective Hypnosis. There are clients that want it exactly the QHHT way and we will be happy to do that for you.
Quantum Healing & Introspective Hypnosis allows us to work with a very open and critical mind and to use pathways and guidance that go further as with classic clinical, medical or QHHT hypnosis. It’s not much about the techniques and inductions etc. that are different, but our openness to allow to work with a more expanded perception. Our main goal in whatever hypnosis technique is used, is to help and support our clients in the most appropriate way for them. To know what is the most appropriate way is examined in the very important interview before the session begins.
Whatever hypnosis is used, either a QHHT or a Quantum Healing & Introspective Hypnosis, the framework of going through is similar. After putting down a session date, the client arrives and we go through the interview, the induction, the actual session and the debriefing. A QHHT or Quantum Healing & Introspective Hypnosis session can take up to 5 hours to complete. Following up sessions either for QHHT or Quantum Healing & Introspective Hypnosis takes about 1 to 3 hours if that is necessary.
The main difference between the two approaches is, QHHT brings you back to memories and past lives (depending what your Higher Self wants to show you) and a communication with your Higher Self is performed. A Quantum Healing & Introspective Hypnosis adds the work of releasing attachments of all kinds and the clearing of emotional patterns.
